Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting mahkota888 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within seven business days, and any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the review.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, mahkota888 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control, including internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or third-party system failures. mahkota888's liability is limited solely to the amount actually wagered in the relevant transaction.
